Arrive by 06:20 AM

We kick off right at 06:30 AM with a dynamic group warm-up. Arriving 10 minutes early gives you time to meet the crew and hear the morning briefing.

Road Shoes & Water

Standard road running shoes work wonderfully on Kigali's asphalt. Bring a bottle for pre/post hydration.
